1. Nature and Scope of Services To meet the diverse needs of our customers, Wangun OG Inc. provides two distinct types of services. Please understand the nature of the service you are booking.
• Car Rental Service ("Wa" Plate Vehicles) We operate a licensed vehicle rental service using vehicles registered with "Wa" plates (Japanese rental registration) in accordance with the Road Transportation Act.
◦ Self-Driving: Customers wishing to drive themselves must present a valid driver's license (including an International Driving Permit valid in Japan) upon arrival.
◦ Terms: Usage is subject to our standard Rental Agreement.
• Cultural Experience & Guide Service (Standard/Private Vehicles) This is a guided tour dedicated to experiencing "cultural value," focusing on Japanese automotive history, engineering, and car culture.
◦ Educational Purpose: The standard vehicles (private vehicles with white plates) used in this service serve strictly as educational materials for exhibition, storytelling, and cultural immersion. We do not provide transportation services (such as taxi or hire car operations).
◦ Incidental Movement: If vehicle movement occurs during the tour, it is provided incidentally and free of charge as an essential part of the cultural experience. We do not charge fares for transportation.
2. Legal Compliance We are committed to operating our business soundly and in full compliance with Japanese laws and regulations.
• For the Car Rental Service, we strictly adhere to the licensing requirements for the vehicle lending business.
• For the Guide Service, we operate in a manner that does not conflict with the Road Transportation Act by ensuring we do not conduct paid transportation services.
3. Vehicle Handling and Liability
• Vehicle Value & Damages: The vehicles used in our tours and rentals (particularly sports cars such as the GTR) include models of significant historical value. In the event of damage to the vehicle caused by the customer's willful misconduct or gross negligence, we reserve the right to claim repair costs and Non-Operation Charges (NOC).
• Customer Liability: Wangun OG Inc. assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings caused by the customer's carelessness during the tour, except in cases where we are legally liable under Japanese law.

利用規約・免責事項（サービス・車両について）
1. サービスの種類と性質について 当社は、お客様のニーズに合わせて以下の2種類のサービスを提供しています。
• レンタカーサービス（わナンバー車両） 日本の法令（道路運送法）に基づき、許可を受けた「わナンバー」車両の貸渡を行います。ご自身で運転（セルフドライブ）を希望されるお客様には、有効な運転免許証（日本国内で有効な国際免許証等含む）の提示を必須としています。貸渡約款に基づきご利用いただきます。
• 文化体験・ガイドサービス（通常車両） 日本の自動車文化、ヒストリー、エンジニアリング等の「文化的価値」を体験していただくためのガイドツアーです。このサービスにおいて使用する通常車両（白ナンバー等の自家用車）は、展示・解説・文化体験の教材として使用されるものであり、運送サービス（タクシー・ハイヤー行為）を提供するものではありません。 ツアー中に車両移動が含まれる場合、それは文化体験の一環として無償かつ付随的に提供されるものであり、運送の対価をいただくものではありません。
2. 法令の遵守 当社は日本の関係法令を遵守し、健全なサービス運営に努めています。 レンタカーサービスにおいては貸渡業の許可要件を遵守し、ガイドサービスにおいては道路運送法に抵触しないよう、運送そのものを目的とした有償サービスは行いません。
3. 車両の取り扱いと免責
• 当社のツアーおよびレンタルで使用される車両（特にGTR等のスポーツカー）は、歴史的価値のある車両を含みます。お客様の故意または重過失により車両に損害が生じた場合、修理費用および休車補償（NOC）を請求させていただく場合があります。
• ツアー中のお客様の不注意による事故、怪我、所持品の紛失等については、当社に法的責任がある場合を除き、責任を負いかねます。
