Is the car I choose guaranteed?
You request your car at booking and availability is confirmed in the booking calendar. Popular cars (especially the R34) can book out on busy dates, so booking early gives you the best chance. If anything about your car changes, we contact you directly on WhatsApp.
Is hotel pickup really included?
Yes — free pickup and drop-off is included with the Special Car Plan, within Shibuya, Shinjuku and Minato wards. Staying elsewhere? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll suggest the easiest meeting option.
What happens after I book?
You'll receive a booking confirmation, and your driver contacts you on WhatsApp with the exact pickup details before your tour. If you haven't heard from us as your date approaches, just message us.
Are there any extra fees?
No. The price shown in the booking calendar for your date is the total you pay. There is nothing to add on the day.
Can I drive the car myself?
This plan is a guided tour — a professional driver takes you out while you ride and enjoy. If you want to get behind the wheel, we also offer a separate self-drive rental; message us on WhatsApp for requirements.
Can 4 or more people join?
Yes. Each car seats up to 3 guests, so groups of 4+ ride in 2 cars — many groups prefer this, since you can each pick a different dream car. Message us your group size on WhatsApp and we'll set it up.
Can we take photos and videos?
Yes — photos and videos are welcome, and your driver knows the best photo spots along the route. Please follow local rules and etiquette at Daikoku.
