This is a guided tour with a driver included. You ride and enjoy.

Is Daikoku guaranteed?

Not always. Daikoku can be restricted depending on traffic/safety conditions (more common on Fri/Sat nights). We’ll aim for the best experience while staying safe and compliant.

1. Nature and Scope of Services To meet the diverse needs of our customers, Wangun OG Inc. provides two distinct types of services. Please understand the nature of the service you are booking.

• Car Rental Service ("Wa" Plate Vehicles) We operate a licensed vehicle rental service using vehicles registered with "Wa" plates (Japanese rental registration) in accordance with the Road Transportation Act.

◦ Self-Driving: Customers wishing to drive themselves must present a valid driver's license (including an International Driving Permit valid in Japan) upon arrival.

◦ Terms: Usage is subject to our standard Rental Agreement.

• Cultural Experience & Guide Service (Standard/Private Vehicles) This is a guided tour dedicated to experiencing "cultural value," focusing on Japanese automotive history, engineering, and car culture.

◦ Educational Purpose: The standard vehicles (private vehicles with white plates) used in this service serve strictly as educational materials for exhibition, storytelling, and cultural immersion. We do not provide transportation services (such as taxi or hire car operations).

◦ Incidental Movement: If vehicle movement occurs during the tour, it is provided incidentally and free of charge as an essential part of the cultural experience. We do not charge fares for transportation.

2. Legal Compliance We are committed to operating our business soundly and in full compliance with Japanese laws and regulations.

• For the Car Rental Service, we strictly adhere to the licensing requirements for the vehicle lending business.

• For the Guide Service, we operate in a manner that does not conflict with the Road Transportation Act by ensuring we do not conduct paid transportation services.

3. Vehicle Handling and Liability

• Vehicle Value & Damages: The vehicles used in our tours and rentals (particularly sports cars such as the GTR) include models of significant historical value. In the event of damage to the vehicle caused by the customer's willful misconduct or gross negligence, we reserve the right to claim repair costs and Non-Operation Charges (NOC).

• Customer Liability: Wangun OG Inc. assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings caused by the customer's carelessness during the tour, except in cases where we are legally liable under Japanese law.

1. サービスの種類と性質について 当社は、お客様のニーズに合わせて以下の2種類のサービスを提供しています。

• レンタカーサービス（わナンバー車両） 日本の法令（道路運送法）に基づき、許可を受けた「わナンバー」車両の貸渡を行います。ご自身で運転（セルフドライブ）を希望されるお客様には、有効な運転免許証（日本国内で有効な国際免許証等含む）の提示を必須としています。貸渡約款に基づきご利用いただきます。

• 文化体験・ガイドサービス（通常車両） 日本の自動車文化、ヒストリー、エンジニアリング等の「文化的価値」を体験していただくためのガイドツアーです。このサービスにおいて使用する通常車両（白ナンバー等の自家用車）は、展示・解説・文化体験の教材として使用されるものであり、運送サービス（タクシー・ハイヤー行為）を提供するものではありません。ツアー中に車両移動が含まれる場合、それは文化体験の一環として無償かつ付随的に提供されるものであり、運送の対価をいただくものではありません。

2. 法令の遵守 当社は日本の関係法令を遵守し、健全なサービス運営に努めています。レンタカーサービスにおいては貸渡業の許可要件を遵守し、ガイドサービスにおいては道路運送法に抵触しないよう、運送そのものを目的とした有償サービスは行いません。

3. 車両の取り扱いと免責

• 当社のツアーおよびレンタルで使用される車両（特にGTR等のスポーツカー）は、歴史的価値のある車両を含みます。お客様の故意または重過失により車両に損害が生じた場合、修理費用および休車補償（NOC）を請求させていただく場合があります。

• ツアー中のお客様の不注意による事故、怪我、所持品の紛失等については、当社に法的責任がある場合を除き、責任を負いかねます。

To rent a car or participate in a driving experience with Tokyo JDM Tours, you must hold the valid documentation required by the Japanese government to drive on public roads. Please review the following requirements carefully before making a booking.

1. Japanese Driver's License

For residents of Japan. We accept all license colors (Gold, Blue, Green).

2. SOFA License

For US military personnel stationed in Japan. Please ensure the license is valid and not expired.

3. Passport and Foreign Driver's License (with Japanese Translation)

If you hold a driver’s license from the countries/regions listed below, you can drive in Japan only if you carry BOTH your original license and an official Japanese translation issued by JAF or the respective embassy/consulate in Japan.

Eligible Countries: Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Monaco, Estonia, Taiwan.

4. International Driving Permit (IDP)

You must hold an International Driving Permit issued under the 1949 Geneva Convention.

IMPORTANT: IDPs issued under other treaties, such as the Vienna Convention, are NOT valid in Japan, even if issued by a country that is a member of the Geneva Convention.
Validity: The IDP is valid in Japan for one year from the date of issue or one year from the date of your arrival in Japan (whichever is shorter).

Eligible Regions (Geneva Convention):

Europe: UK, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Greece, Poland, Norway, etc.
North America: United States, Canada, etc.
Asia / Oceania: Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, etc.

Note: If you do not hold any of the valid documents mentioned above, you are unfortunately not eligible to drive in Japan and cannot book a driving experience. If you are unsure about your license, please contact us for consultation.

運転免許証の資格について

Tokyo JDM Tours でレンタカーの利用やドライビング体験に参加される方は、日本政府の規定に基づき、日本の公道を走行するための有効な書類を保持している必要があります。ご予約の前に、以下の条件を必ずご確認ください。

1. 日本の運転免許証

日本国内にお住まいの方用の免許証です。全色（ゴールド・ブルー・グリーン）受け付け可能です。

2. SOFA免許

在日米軍関係者向けの免許証です。有効期限内であることをご確認ください。

3. 外国免許証＋日本語翻訳文

以下の国・地域の発行免許をお持ちの方は、**「免許証の原本」と、JAFまたは各国の駐日大使館・領事館が発行した「公式な日本語翻訳文」**を両方携帯することで運転可能です。

対象国： スイス、ドイツ、フランス、ベルギー、モナコ、エストニア、台湾

4. 国際運転免許証 (IDP)

1949年ジュネーブ条約に基づく国際免許証のみ有効です。

【重要】 ウィーン条約など、他の条約に基づく国際免許証は、たとえ発行国がジュネーブ条約締結国であっても日本では一切使用できません。
有効期限： 発行から1年、かつ日本入国から1年以内である必要があります。
